My work is a celebration of texture, form, and the transformative possibilities of clay. Each piece is meticulously hand-built using porcelain, coloured porcelain, or stoneware. I begin by thinly rolling out the clay, a deliberate and meditative process that sets the foundation for my creations. At times, I brush high-firing undercolours onto the surface before introducing texture—an essential element in my work. The clay is then folded, pleated, and shaped into its final form, reflecting a dynamic interplay between control and spontaneity.

For over 25 years, I have been passionately exploring the art of glazing. Using raw materials, I craft my own glazes and continually experiment with their combinations, thicknesses, and application techniques to develop unique finishes. This constant experimentation fuels my creativity and allows each piece to have its own distinct personality, showcasing the infinite possibilities of ceramic artistry.
