1. Are all your ceramics handmade?

Yes, every piece I sell is handcrafted by myself, a skilled artisans, ensuring each item is unique and of the highest quality.

My ceramics are made from high-quality clay and finished with durable, lead-free glazes, making them safe for everyday use.

3. Can I use your ceramics in the microwave or dishwasher?

Most of our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe, but we recommend checking the specific product description for details. Hand washing is always advised to extend the lifespan of your piece.

4. Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes, all our products are made with food-safe materials and glazes.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

As each piece is handmade, there may be a production time of 2–4 weeks before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location. We'll keep you updated on the status of your order.

7. Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! We love working on bespoke designs. Please contact us to discuss your ideas, and we’ll provide a quote and timeline.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

9. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

10. How can I care for my ceramics?
