Handmade Nature: All items are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, size, or shape are to be expected. These variations are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted work.
Customization: Custom orders are available upon request. Any specific requests or changes to designs must be agreed upon before production.
Photographs: While we make every effort to accurately display product colors and finishes, variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Locations: We ship to the Isle of Man, the UK, and internationally. Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Custom orders may take longer, with timelines communicated during the order process.
Packaging: All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We are not liable for any damage caused during transit unless otherwise agreed.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-customized items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damage Claims: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
